My website is http://www.flatheadguide.com, and the captcha on the "submit Listing" page is not working. I tried to add a new account 20+ times and I know I was typing the captcha letters correctly. I get nothing but an error saying captcha incorrect. Please advise, thank you. Tom
Hello ! Geocraft Settings= Theme Options=>Listing settings=>Enable captcha on registration Page Make it on and put the two keys which will generated by provide link. If you have do this correctly then please regenerate or recheck the keys. This will resolve your issue. Thanks & Regards Pramod Patel
I followed your instructions and created a new key. The captcha look & feel changed, but after repeated attempts to create a new account I keep getting the same error. "The captcha was incorrect. What can I try now? Tom
