You are using the version: 1.4 of infoway theme while the latest version is 1.5.1, so please download the upgade version of Infoway Theme from members area, update your theme. This will solve your problem.
Carousel shows the blog post of your theme that contain image, Create a post with an image, Carousel automatically show that post on your home page. And there is some password protected plugin that also blocks the post to show in the carousel.
We have updated the theme to latest version and we created a post with an image and a featured image. we have deactivated all plugins to check if it will work but still the same.
