Carpet Cleaning WordPress Theme - Slider Heading Not Showing Text

Unable to find forum specific to the theme I purchased. Slider header not showing text on mobile devices. Shows the box overlay where text should be but no text. Text shows up on desktop.

I would like to let you know that the slider heading is intentionally kept hidden for mobile devices. The reason behind this is that the website is made responsive and hence the contents shrink and the heading becomes so small and nearly impossible to be read, that's why it is kept hidden on mobile views.

If you want it to display anyhow, there must be some customization needed to be done in the theme, for which we need access to your dashboard.
