Categories not displaying in multiple places

Hi, I am having an issue with the Classicraft Categories, they are displaying at the top of the home page, but they aren't appearing in the drop down on the search in the header or in any Categories widgets. I'm hoping I'm just missing some silly setting.

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Never mind, I have just realised that there needs to be items in the categories for them to show. Thanks anyway
