center my logo in the header

I would like to center my logo in the header. I have already asked for the code to remove the tap to call feature, so I would like the logo to be centered exactly...and of course responsive to all devices.

I would like the logo to take up the entire space too, so I want the logo to be 100% to what the image is. Can you help?

My logo position on the home page is perfect except that it makes it so large. Is there anyway to keep it centered, but allow the image to remain in the 195 height area of the original header size? The way it is now, it'so big that it covers up the sign that is in the background image on the slider. The image size is currently 608x138. If we can't resolve it, that's okay, but if we can make it smaller, that would be perfect. Thank you.
