How do I center the titles of the widgets in the footer?

That code isn't doing anything either. Is something wrong with my CSS? For some reason all 3 codes you gave me aren't making any changes. I'm clearing the cache of my website and also the cache of my browser just to be sure. Do you know why these codes aren't making any changes?

 

Would you please deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

Not sure why my last reply didn't show, but this code didn't make any changes. For some reason, the codes aren't doing anything. Not sure what's wrong. I clear my cache turn off plugins, but nothing seems to be helping.
