Hello, Shrinking/Expanding the window to check the mobile view of website is not the correct process. You have to check the website your mobile device. It will not create any problem of footer which you are experiencing in window. Because window is set on different resolution and mobile is on different. So check your website on mobile device you won't get any problem.
