I had to remove the left side padding on the logo because it wasn't displaying properly on mobile phones. I like the spacing between the logo and the phone number. How do I get them to center up within the header and still be mobile responsive? http://www.assistedlivingconnections.com

Hi Priyanka; Your fix didn't turn out too well. I've attached a shot of what it did and an image of how I wanted it to look (and still be mobile responsive). What your code made it look like: What I tried to explain and want to have it look like:
Hello, Try below code for once and check the result after that.. Code: .call-us p { margin-right: -324px !important; } @media only screen and (max-width: 1140px) and (min-width: 960px){ .call-us p { margin-right: -180px !important; } } @media only screen and (max-width: 960px) and (min-width: 768px){ .call-us p { margin-right: -78px !important; } } @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) and (min-width: 480px){ .call-us p { margin-right: 130px !important; } .call-us a.btn { margin-right: 213px; } div.header .logo { width: 74%; } .call-us p { margin-right: 0; font-size: 26px; } .call-us a.btn { margin-right: 67px; } } Hope it will resolve your issue Thanks & Regards! Hi Priya, The spacing of the logo and phone number are perfect on a desktop. But they don't line up or shrink properly when viewed on all smaller devices. You still have login credentials. Is there something you can come up with to add to the CSS to make them mobile responsive? Thanks, Mark
We have successfully received your request and is being forwarded to our developers, As InkThemes has been receiving a high volume of support requests our developers are busy at this moment, I will try to pull them on your issue and will get back to you with a positive response ASAP. Hope you understand.. Your patience will be highly appreciated, Warm Regards! Nitin InkThemes.com
I'm still hoping that you can help me with getting the logo and phone number in my website's header to display responsively in mobile devices. http://assistedlivingconnections.com/ I've used Chrome's Developer Tools to inspect the elements and found a hidden div.logo shape that's behind and aside from my company logo. There's also a hidden div.grid_10.omega shape floating behind the logo and the phone number. What purpose do they serve and are they related to why the header is not being responsive? Right now, the positions of both the logo and the phone number are where I want them to remain. I just want them to display correctly on mobile devices. We've been waiting for almost a month and a half to get this resolved. I'll re-send the admin log in credentials.
Hello, We have sent you an email.. Kindly check your email.. Thanks & Regards! Priyanka InkThemes.com
Hi Priya, I've just sent updated admin credentials to get into our website. Also, be sure that the logo and phone number are positioned like in the attached screenshot. (I don't know why the logo suddenly moved over to the side, where I don't want it.) Please get these elements to appear properly on mobile devices. Mark
Thanks.. Mark.. We will get back to you soon... Your patience will be appreciated, Thanks & Regards! Priyanka InkThemes.com
Priya, What has happened to the three widgets I had in the footer? Each one had content that is now gone. There are also missing widgets under the Lead Capture in the sidebar. Why have these disappeared? I don't know what to do. I can have our hosting provider restore a previous version of the site, but I don't know where that leaves you with the header fixes. The last time your support worked on the site, there were also problems with things being changed that had nothing to do what support was asked to fix. Can you please look into this and let me know what the hell is going on? Mark
Hello Mark.. I have checked your dashboard and would like to inform you that you have not entered any details in widget area of your dashboard.. So you are kindly requested to put your information in widget area.. Thanks & Regards! Priyanka InkThemes.com
I no longer have the content to put in my footer widgets because your tech support deleted it. They also deleted the content in two sidebar widgets under the Lead Capture widget that also isn't working properly. Some of my plugins also stopped working properly. We're probably going to have replace your theme with one that's coded properly by a better company. One that also has much superior tech support than your people are capable of.
Hello, I am sorry for the inconvenience... But I would like to inform you that we haven't deleted any widget content from your dashboard as our concentration was only your header section as per your requirement... It might be possible that your widget field just goes back in the inactive widget area of your dashboard... So, you are kindly requested to please have a look in your inactive widget area.... Thanks & Regards! Priyanka InkThemes.com
I would like to inform you that all the content in my footer and two of my sidebar widgets disappeared after your people started working on my website. I sure as hell didn't do it. And if this just happened on its own then there's another problem with your theme. I already checked the widget page and everything is gone. I've removed the admin credentials for your tech support so that nothing else gets fucked up again. We're also going to have to hire someone who knows what they're doing to fix things. Your tech support has been and continues to be hopeless.
