Change color Add Video

Hello, I wonder if I can make these changes.

1 - As I can change the color of the button (Add video)?
2 - As I can change the text color (Sing In - Logout - Dashboard)?

Code:

.top_strip .menu .associative_link li.listing-btn a {
    background: lightcoral;
}
.top_strip .menu .associative_link li a {
    color: white;
}

Change color as per your interest..
