Change color small line

How can I change the small orange line into another color? See attachment --> underneed Ideeenboek.

For your information, that is just an image..

So if you want to remove that completely, you can paste the code given below in Custom CSS section (Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.

Code:

    background: none;
}
