Change color?

Is it possible to change the color of the theme to a different color to whats provided in the menu?

Red
Black
Blue
Green etc

1. Go to css > color > blue.css present in your theme directory and follow the instruction as shown in image given below



Now,
Go to
Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Theme Stylesheet
and select blue color from there.

 

Thanks, its a bit beyond my ability but i'll give it a try.
How do i get to here -css > color > blue.css
