Change colour scheme of the site (different colour to theme options)

Hi there,

I'd like to change the colour of my site to a different blue other than what you have built in. Can you please tell me how to do this via custom css or a file.

First find all the area where blue colour is used.
Then replace the colour with your desired colour.
