change content and sender of email messages

Hey,

i wanted to ask the following as well:

how can i change the content of the emails sent to users when they register, get an enquiry, etc.? and how can i change the name of the sender from "wordpress" to the name of my company??

 

Hello,

To remove "Wordpress" from mail.
Follow process given below.

It's a WordPress default mail function.
You can change it through
Lines 336 of wordpress/wp-includes/pluggable.php

can i also have it sent from my own email account e.g. [email protected] and not [email protected]??

 

Yes you can replace "wordpress" with the "support" from wordpress/wp-includes/pluggable.php.
