Change email address that leads form goes to

I want to sell the leads that come in to this website. I need to change the lead form that is in the sidebar to have my email address instead of the business owners'. Is this possible?

How can I do this? If not possible, how can I remove this and replace it with my own contact form?

Before giving any solution of your first issue, I just want to be sure first that are you interested in receiving all the information of the listing of other listing owners as well..?

For your next issue i.e. another contact form..

So let me tell you that would be possible but required a lot of source code customization in the theme.
