Change email subject line for Leads Form on Home page

Hi - When someone submits an entry on the Leads Form (on Home page) it sends us an email with subject line: Message Received from a New Lead. We would like that to instead say: VE Leads Capture Form Submission from VECompLaw.com. Is this possible? Thank you!

Site is VECompLaw.com but we have it in maintenance mode

For your information, I am using "WP-Editor" plugin to edit files.

You can also download and use it from the link https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-editor/.

After activating this plugin, you will get the same screen as shown in the screenshot.

Thank you for your help! I did not find this file in the plugin files but I did in the theme files and was able to edit successfully. Appreciate it!
