Change Ink Appt Plugin Sidebar text after booking

Hi,

• I tested the plugin and after I click submit, the following text shows up in the sidebar instead of the booking form:

Your appointment has been booked successfully. You have to pay the amount of NAUSD at the time of appointment.

I need to customize that text. Please tell me how

• After testing, nothing showed up in appointments and I never received an email confirmation. How do I set it up so that every time someone books a request, an email is sent to a specific email address? My client's will not be playing in the backend of the site so I need any bookings to go directly to them immediately.
• I just tested the booking form again and in the sidebar it says: Please insert all data and nothing went through to backend again.

I understand the functionality, I want to change the default text that shows up after someone books an appointment, there is nothing in that link that shows how to do that.
I also want to know why we can't get an email stating that someone has booked an appointment.
