Change link on orange header "Post Your Listing" button

Sorry if this was answered before, as I think it may have been but I am just not finding it here despite searching!
Does anyone know where we can change the link for the orange "Post/Add Listing" button located in the header? We want to have people drop to a custom page instead when they click the button.

Wondering now if this is easier said than done - but we're definitely still looking for a solution. Maybe a different graphic w/the page link? Not sure - appreciate your help - thanks!

 

Well we tried inserting a <a href statement link in the dashboard options for the button ... and the link worked but the text itself shifted above and half the button disappeared. Looking forward to your suggestions, thank you!

Go to header.php present in your theme directory and follow the instruction as shown in image given below




This will solve your issue.
