Change look of text Home Page First Feature description

I need to change the look of the text on the home page first feature description as in image.
The text looks different compared to the two other two features.
I have noticed this on another site using Harrington. web http://www.shimmibellydance.com.au/blog/
and on http://northsydneyyouthsymphony.org/

(Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.
