Change number of Listings per page? Claimable listings? Another info tab on business profile?

Sorry for this long one. Even one problem solved would be awesome

1. When you go into a category and it lists the businesses. I believe it shows ten going down on the page then the rest go on to page 2 then 3 etc. Can i change the number that appears on one page? I would like to halve it to say 5.

2. I doubt this ones easy but worth an ask, Can I add another text tab in the business profile? so currently it is description then review, I would like to possibly add another to show restaurants menu?
I supplied an image where I marked some things i wanted to change in red you can see it there.



3. I have 160 customers already from a previous (terrible) website. Your website so far seems very promising But i put all the business details in myself. is there a way i can make it claimable to the businesses? So maybe I can manually setup a password and login for them and email it to them?

Currently I do not allow businesses to signup. I get them by meeting them face to face. I would rather just put details up myself and give them a login and pass.

Hi, for your first issue, go to your wp-admin, then settings/reading and down the page to 'Blog pages show at most' # add 5 or however many you wish to show and save. This will show your desired number of posts on home page.
