Change of Header background Color As Like Footer

Hello,

• I want to change Normal White Header background Color into Footer Background Color.
• When I change My Footer background color at Appearance > Theme Options > Theme Style sheet, It should change both Header and Footer also.

Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS

Code:

.header_wrapper {
background: red;
} 

Inplace of "red" put your color code.
