I have a page that is password protected. The password form displays this default message: "This post is password protected. To view it please enter your password below:" I'd like to customize that message so they know how to request a password. Wordpress support site says to enter in specific code to the functions.php file for the theme but when I do that, I get a syntex error and have to completely restore in order to remove it. And it tells me the theme no longer exists when I add it. What do you suggest?
