Change Pop Up Message After listing is submitted

When someone finishes inputting all their information and selected recurring bill they get a pop up that says "Thank you, your listings has been submitted."

1) How do I change this text? I don't want them to think their listing is submitted until they pay.

2) How do I remove the pop up all together and have them directed straight to paypal?

geocrafttheme\library\front_end\listing_submit.php
and remove code as shown in the image.
