Change "read more" on index-page in some other words

    Hello,

    I would like to change the words "read more" in "Hier mehr erfahren.“

    How can I do that?
    I have already found here in the forum some help to remove the "read more" and to change the color...but not how can I change the words.

    Hello,

    For this open front-page.php file and search (ctrl+f) for the "read more" and change last three read more.
    Check image for reference.
