Change search bar at top of page to another widget

Hello,

This is in relation to the search bar at the top of the page.

I have a translator widget (which can be seen in the footer of www.bwi.com.au )
and I would like to put this at the top of the page somewhere.

The only option I see available, would be to replace that search bar in the navigation menu.

How can I replace that with my translator plugin/widget, or put this language at the top of the page?

Or even any way to put the language translator at toward the top of the website.
