CHANGE SIZE AND FONT COLOR OF MENU BAR

Could you please provide me with the CSS code to change the font size and color of the menu bar in Geocraft.

The font color of my menu bar is quite light and I would like it to look more like this GC site - http://infertilitysurvivalkit.com/
