change static text in payment options

Hi, i want to change the static text in the one time payment option , the one giving the choice to add featured...

"An additional amount will be charged to make this place featured.You have the option to feature your place on home page or category page or both."

where can i find this to alter it?

Go to the
geocrafttheme\library\front_end
and open front_end_path.php
Change text from line no 33.

 

Nitesh I cannot find the php file see screenshot. any ideas?
