Change text in Top Header Right Bar

Hi Guys,

I need help to change the text in the Top Header Right Bar to be exactly like the attached image
so that it looks right. I need to centre it and change the text colour , font and size.

If we use such margin or expand the text then it will reduce the size of logo and tag line.
