change the category listing in the video upload form from hierarchical to drop down

How can i change the category listing in the video upload page(which a user has to select before uploading) form, from hierarchical to drop down.

Hello,

To make categories in drop down form from widget section, You have to just check the option in video categories widget.

Go to "Appearance -> Widgets ->Video Categories" you can change it from here.
