Please paste the code given below in Custom CSS section (Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.

Code:

.footer_wrapper {
    background: darksalmon !important;
    color: black;
}

NOTE: Change color as per your interest..
