Changes gone

Hello, I recently purchased Colorway Pro version and it has proven more difficult to customize than the free version. The worse thing about it, though, is that it won't save changes I make or it will make changes on its own. This morning all my text and images on the home page, the breadcrumbs, the testimonials and the SEO customization are GONE. Please advise what to do as it gets frustrating to change and change over again.

Please deactivate "WP-Super-Cache" cache plugin, and your problem will get resolved.

Activate your plugin after you finished building your website.

I did as directed and it hasn't worked
I uploaded my pictures and text again (I'm yet to see the changes reflected) but the breadcrumbs at the menu, the sub-menus and the footer color strips are gone. Also, I can't change the font in the sliders... what can be the issue?
