Changes to the ‘three column feature main heading’

Hi,

I want to use the ‘three column feature main heading’ text boxes for a call to action.

Is it possible to be able to have the background of that box in a different colour and to be able to change the font and font colour.

This is an example of roughly want I want to do below:

I want to be able to do it proper text so that it contributes to the seo.
