Changing custom field text -> major error

Hi,
There are major problems when I'm trying to change some text fields in a custom fields section.
It occurs especially when I'm trying to change "Website" texts. This has happened three times now.

Theme loses connection to the server. This is what I get.

"Your connection to this server has been blocked
Please contact our customer support for further information.
Your blocked IP address is 83.148.210.164."

I can't get into Cpanel either for few hours. Any ideas why this happens?

 

Fourth time.

Any changes that you try to save in "Website" section will lose the connection to the server.
