Changing font color on specific sections of specific pages

I have created a FAQ section and although I have bolded teh questions it would read better if I could make the text black as opposed to the grey used throughout.

Is there a way to select different font colors on individual text on specific pages?

You can format your text from page editor.

Thank you so much for the help. I did not know that show/hide the kitchen sink gave me access to these other options for formatting.
