Changing server on host lost bizway theme data

My host had me move my site from one server to another. I backed up the site and the database and restored on the new server. Everything works except the Bizway theme. The data is gone. The slider settings, headings, features. Everything gone. How can I fix this without setting up the theme all over again?

 

It's fixed. The database must have been corrupted.
