Changing "State" to "City/Town"...

Hi, I just started installing it. However I got few issues and hope that you can help me to resolve them.

On the New Ad form:

1. I would like to change the "State" to "City/Town" since this will be mainly in the UK

2. During the process when users are adding a new ad if they select UK or any other country from the drop down box, it should display all the cities/towns in that country. If you could guide me to the right script I can do the work and add the cities/towns.

3. On the main page, on the right hand side, under the category/Recent Ads, it is not showing anything. may be a script error? Please kindly help.

Hi, as far as number 1 and number 2 are concerned I have fixed them. I still need someone to help me resolve number 3.
