Changing text and change primary widget area

I would like to change the text Category Archives can you tell me where I can do that?

I also would like to change the primary widget area on this page. I want to have it like this page: http://test.aangepastwonen.info/blog/

Is that possible?

For primary widget area issue, use same widget in both page.

I have tried to change the text in the define_template but whene I click on save I get an error message. And the changes I have made are not saved. Can you help me with that issue?

And second: where can I find the page "category archives" to install the primary widget area?

Error message may be show due to incomplete syntax of the code.
Please make sure that category archive must be written as ' Category Archive : %s ' (between single quote).

To add Archive in primary widget area please follow the screenshot given below.
