If I personally change the "Listing Type" from a "Free Listing" into a "Premium Listing" within the Dashboard, will I be able to start charging them in the future or will it be a permanent complementary upgrade? Also, When a new business owner signs up, they are given 3 choices, "Free", "One Time Listing Payment" and "Recurring Listing Payment". Which one is the "Premium Listing" as described above, the "One Time Listing Payment" or "Recurring Listing Payment"?
Hi, If you change the "Listing Type" from a "Free Listing" into a "Premium Listing" within the Dashboard than what you can do is you can set the expiration date and time for that particular. Also you can set the listing's active or renewal time from payment settings: The "One Time Listing Payment" or "Recurring Listing Payment" both comes under premium listing only the payment mode vary i.e. one time payment or recurring payment. Ok, but ifa customer registers with a free ad and then decides to update to a premium, how can we charge them (from the dashboard / back office) if the "One Time" and "Recurring" are available at the same time?
Hi, In the Payment Setting->Free Payment Setting You can set the package cost for free ad and also can provide a description for that package somewhat like: "Listing Expires after 4 Months" and then set the renewal time of the same in this way you can manage your free listing. Regards, Sameer
