Changing the orange arrow images

Hi there. I was wondering if it's possible to change the orange coloring with the arrows. For example, on www.ohionursesfoundation.org, on the front page next to the carousel where it says Featured Scholarship/Grant. The line and the arrow when you hover over it are orange. This color doesn't with the color scheme of the page. I would prefer a dark blue found in the front page logo or a grey. Can you help me?

 

FYI - I just changed the homepage. Now it says in the homepage right feature widget area Thank you! and Congratulations! That orange is what I would like to change. Thank you!!

 

It is not possible to change that line color because it is an image not a color if you want to change its color then, Go to images directory present in your theme directory and replace your image with present titleline image or edit it.

The name of image is "titlesep.png"

Note:- Use same name for your edited image and remove the current image.

Do you mean in the original file? Do I have to re-install everything????

 

Nevermind! Thanks for your help. I did end up changing the color of the arrow and saving it within the file and re-installing everything. Thanks!
