Changing the "this is somewhat embarrassing" search error page?

Hi I sorry for spamming questions of recent I am almost done my site and finished. Pretty much just at making it pretty/ house cleaning stage.

I want to know how i can change the text of this page i numbered 3 in screenshot and remove the part i numbered 2, replace with a sad emoticon or something cute. I just do not know what page to modify? If i did I am sure i can figure it out.



Check my site if you want, I am most proud of what I have done for the Mobile version replaced the menu and etc. still alot of brushing up to do and annoying IE gets a jquery error and all that relies on it freezes and it stops sad. Sure i will figure it out though.

To change text "This is somewhat embarrassing etc"

And yes, You have changed front page of the theme completely but looking beautiful.
