Changing width footer textwidgets

How can i change the position and width of the 2 textwidget at the bottom of my page so they are positioned equal on the page?

Go to sidebar-footer.php present in your theme directory and follow the instruction as shown in image given below

Hi,

The first footer widget area is visible but not the third widget area. How do i do this?

I fixed it but the two text widgets are not exqual at the same height. This is the only thing left, thanks already.
