Characters (Chinese?) appearing on home page (on mobile) and other issues

I don't know why this is happening, but some characters (Chinese?) appear across the width of my home page. Also, on the "Tap to Call" button, I can see black text above it that says, "To Call."

Whereas the menu items used to open to the left (as if a box were opening), that does not happen anymore.

Finally, the page's background shows up as blue question marks on my husband's Google Phone.

Thanks. One thing I noticed when I logged back in is Jetpack is no longer active. Was that causing the problems? Thanks.
