Hi, yes there is. It may sound a bit funny to you but seriously write up your business plan, create a terms of use document and explain your price for certain category. Then charge them as specified on your Terms. To make it more involuntary setup a Pay Pal account and create your own products/services with certain price range and then refer your customers to subscribe for that category. You will need be very vigilant to run such an operation. Start with your business plan and write everything down as you develop your ideas. Good luck!
