Check button at Contact Form

    Good morning,

    We need to put a check button in our Contact Form page. Exemple:

    ( ) I accept the Privacy Policy

    And a link to: PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION


    Hor can we do it?

    Hello ,
    If you are looking forward to add a check box field in your contact form then I am sorry to say that it is not possible however adding link is possible.
