Checkout Does Not Go To Pay Pal

Hi
When a new user comes to the site and clicks on Checkout, they are asked to create an account. After they create the account, they are taken back to homepage. They should be taken to PayPal.

It is very confusing and not user-friendly.

How can I fix this?

Download updated version of theme from your members area and upload it, This will solve your issue.

Note:- Before updating the theme, firstly go to Plugins > Installed plugins and delete the "InkMembers" plugin from there.

What about all the customization I did. Will all of that be overwritten?

 

Hi, after updating and re-doing the customization I'm disappointed to see that the checkout is still not working as expected.
It still makes the user create and account and then goes back to the video page rather than PayPal. Am I missing something?

Hello, after user creates an account on my site they get taken to a PayPal error page after clicking the buy it now button. Please advise why I would be getting a PayPal error page instead of the correct page. Sandbox mode is off
