I have customized classicraft creating its child theme by my developer. He worked on his local server and now is the time to upload child theme to my own domain. I have set up my domain, installed wp on the domain and also installed the parent classicraft theme already. But the problem is my developer is asking me to give him cpanel access to install the child version from his local server to my online domain. Is it necessary or it can FTP will serve the purpose but he is insisting on cpanel access which I do not feel very comfortable as I have several other domain and site set up in my cpanel. This domain is an addon domain only. Also he sent me the folder of customized child theme which I tried to installed via FTP as well as via wp dashboard (where I already have Classicraft parent theme installed) but this is showing a warning: Warning: require_once(/home1/trysk99/public_html/amarmukti.com/wp-content/themes/classicrafttheme/widgets/sidebar_add.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home1/trysk99/public_html/amarmukti.com/wp-content/themes/ozydesi/functions.php on line 2 Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home1/trysk99/public_html/amarmukti.com/wp-content/themes/classicrafttheme/widgets/sidebar_add.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home1/trysk99/public_html/amarmukti.com/wp-content/themes/ozydesi/functions.php on line 2 My domain is amarmukti.com. Can u pls help me with this ? I am not an expert in this field and hope to solve the issue with your expert help. Thank you very much
Hello, I don't think cPanel is not required to install theme. Mail your customized child theme at [email protected]. Something is wrong in it. I will check it and provide you proper solution. Thanks & Regards Nitesh Raghuwanshi

Hello, I have checked your child theme. The problem is your developer called multiple non existing php files in the "function.php". So php showing file not exist errors. Check image for reference. Thanks & Regards Nitesh Raghuwanshi
