child theme - not working

Hello,
I have used the same child theme code (modified to work with this theme name) that I 've used in other inkthemes and the child theme is working - is not indicated as a "broken theme" but as soon as I activate the child none of the theme options work and I can't change any images or do anything to modify the site. I have also tried it in multiple sites and in multiple browsers - with all other plugins removed, with the term Pro in the theme name and without it... etc.

Here is the code I've used - can you tell me what the problem is with this ?
