Child Theme

    With this latest version of videocraft - is it necessary to make a child theme if I am to make style changes to my site ? Or will future updates allow for my custom css changes ?

    Hello,

    It is not necessary to make child theme but always keep a copy of your custom CSS code.

    I have made a child theme anyway as I have made quite a few changes.
    The child theme works however it does not copy my widgets ? How can I transfer the widgets from the parent theme ?

    Hello,

    You can't transfer widget from parent theme to child theme.
    Write only Custom CSS in Child theme.
