Claim a listing leaves a blank screen?

Hi,

I wanted to see how the Claim Listing works from an end user's perspective. So I went to my directory website using Incognito browsing.

To claim the listing I proceeded to register and after clicking on the Submit button, I was presented with a BLANK SCREEN, not good why ??
Now, because I know what to do (I went back to login screen), I managed to login ok. BUT, if I were a real business person wanting to claim a listing and this happens to me, I would not continue.

So, here's my Question and Suggestion:

1) After a claiming user registers and clicks submit button, why are they Not taken back to the Login Page.?
2) I would also recommend they presented with a popup message that tells them to check their email for login details.

Please advise.

You would be glad to know that we have fixed this issue in the theme so you are suggested to reinstall the latest version of the theme from the members area.

And regarding your second issue, I would like to inform you that all the updations are going on at our level.
