I've had a few people want to claim a listing which I (as an admin) have inserted. I receive an email to tell me this and when I look in the listing 'claim orders' sure enough there it is. Point is what to do next? How do I approve the listing claim as there is no mechanism in place to do this. If I go (as admin) to the listing, the owners dropdown menu at the bottom of the window does not contain the person making the claim as they are just a subscriber. So what are we supposed to do?
Hello Roger, Greetings from InkThemes, I have just tested a claim listing function on your website and found that it is working properly as they must be. I would like to tell you that whenever a user wants to claim their listing they have to logging their existing account or if they haven't then they need to create a new account in order to claim their listing. After logging their account, they have to pay from existing payment packages to claim a list. After completing the transition, the listing goes to pending approval and the author of the claimed listing changed to that person who has claimed that listing.
