Thank you for your aide, but I just did exactly as the screenshot instructed and the language of the default footer and sample data are still in that different language. I think its french. Is there another way to get the default language to English???
To be clear I am trying to change the websites demo data from french to english. I have gone to settings and to general settings and then to site language and made sure the language is english but the demo data is still in the foreign language, I think its french.
